Window - Apr. 2013

I'm learning to frame prints in Photoshop Elements 10.  This is my
  second attempt. The colour in the outer frame was accidental while clicking
 around looking for something else.  See my first attempt below in my last
 photo of the Tundra Swans at Aylmer Wildlife in Apr. 2013.
